Terms of Use for RevTrack

These Terms of Use are entered into between Funnel Masters Ltd. (“we”, “RevTrack”) and the individual or legal entity (“you”, “User”) using our services. RevTrack provides a software platform for tracking and analyzing advertising spend and online sales through integrations with Meta, Google, and TikTok.

1. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and password. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. User Data and Content

You are responsible for all data, content, and information you connect, upload, or synchronize with the platform. You represent that you have the legal right to collect and process all personal data you provide to RevTrack.

3. User Obligations

• be at least 16 years old
• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• not upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• not process personal data without a lawful basis

4. Third-Party Services

RevTrack uses integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Stripe. These services have their own terms and policies. RevTrack does not control and is not responsible for their activities.

5. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Services, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Subscription and Fees

Use of RevTrack requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms or non-payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the RevTrack platform, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to Funnel Masters Ltd.. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Services without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• lost profits or revenue
• loss or damage to data
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential damages
• actions or failures of third-party services

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
